Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

We only collect what we need to deliver your order, and we never sell your details.

What we collect

We do not ask for your email, date of birth, card numbers or any passwords, and you don't need an account to shop.

Stored only on your phone

Your saved (♡) items, recently viewed products and the list of orders you placed on this phone are kept in your own browser. They are not sent to us. You can remove them by clearing your browser's data for nepalqueen.com.

How we use your details

We will only send you offers if you ask us to, and you can say stop at any time.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your personal information.

How we keep it safe

Your order details are stored in our private database on our hosting in Nepal and sent over a secure (HTTPS) connection. Only Nepal Queen staff can see them, using a password-protected admin area. Payment screenshots are stored privately and are never shown on the website.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to deliver your order, handle exchanges, and meet legal and accounting requirements. After that, we delete them.

Your rights

In line with the Individual Privacy Act, 2075 (2018) of Nepal, you can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal details we hold about you. Message us on WhatsApp +977 981-1075545 or email info.lpsharma@gmail.com. We may need to keep some records the law requires.

Cookies and advertising (Meta Pixel)

We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram), to measure our ads and show them to people who are likely to be interested. When you visit nepalqueen.com, the pixel tells Meta which pages and products you looked at, what you searched for, when you started checkout, and, when you place an order, the order number, item and amount. It does not send your name, phone number, address or payment screenshot.

Meta may use cookies and combine this with information it already has about you, under Meta's Privacy Policy. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook or Instagram Settings → Accounts Centre → Ad preferences, and you can block cookies in your browser settings.

The website also saves a copy of itself on your phone so it opens quickly.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
