These terms apply when you use nepalqueen.com and when you order from Nepal Queen. By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. About us
Nepal Queen sells sarees, kurta suruwal and dresses online in Nepal through nepalqueen.com. You can reach us on WhatsApp +977 981-1075545 or by email at info.lpsharma@gmail.com.
2. Placing an order
- You can order without creating an account. You must give a correct name, mobile number and delivery address.
- Your order is a request to buy. It becomes a confirmed order when we confirm it by phone or WhatsApp.
- We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price was shown by mistake, we can't reach you, or we suspect misuse. If you already paid, we refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Nepali rupees (Rs). The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you order.
- You can pay by Cash on Delivery or QR payment (eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay or mobile banking). For QR payments, we confirm the order after we see the payment in our account.
- The price you pay is the price shown when you placed the order, as checked by our system.
4. Product photos and colours
We try to show every product as accurately as possible. Colours can look slightly different on different screens and in different light. Handloom and printed fabrics can have small variations; these are part of the product, not defects. Ask us on WhatsApp if you would like more photos or a video before ordering.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and charges are explained in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
6. Returns, exchange and refunds
Please see our Returns, Exchange & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2075 (2018) of Nepal.
7. Using this website
- Don't misuse the website, place false orders, or try to break or overload our systems.
- The photos, text and design on nepalqueen.com belong to Nepal Queen. Please don't copy them for commercial use without our permission. You're welcome to share product links with friends.
8. Our responsibility
We are responsible for delivering the products you ordered as described. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, road closures or failures of delivery or payment services. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law says otherwise.
9. Privacy
How we use your details is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2075 and the Electronic Transactions Act, 2063. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will try to solve it quickly. If we can't agree, disputes will be handled by the courts in Kathmandu.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
