We deliver to all 7 provinces of Nepal. Every order is confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before it leaves us.
Where we deliver
Anywhere in Nepal that our delivery partners reach: Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpashchim. If your area is hard to reach, we will call you before dispatch to agree the best option.
How long it takes
- Kathmandu Valley: usually 1–2 days after we confirm your order.
- Outside the valley: usually 2–4 days.
- Remote areas: can take a few days longer.
Festivals, strikes, bad weather and road closures can cause delays. If your order will be late, we will tell you.
Delivery charge
Delivery costs Rs 150 per order and is free for orders of Rs 5,000 or more. The exact charge is always shown at checkout before you place your order.
Order confirmation
After you order, we call or WhatsApp the mobile number you gave us to confirm your order and address. If we can't reach you after a few tries within 48 hours, we may cancel the order.
Track your order
Use Track your order with your order number (it looks like NQ-260927-1234) and your mobile number to see where your order is.
Cash on Delivery
- Please keep the exact amount ready for the rider.
- Check that the parcel is sealed before you pay. If it looks damaged or opened, take a photo and tell us straight away.
- If orders are repeatedly refused at the door, we may ask for payment in advance on future orders.
Wrong address or missed delivery
Please check your address and phone number carefully. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we will contact you. We may ask you to pay the delivery charge again to send it a second time.
